At The Designer Archive, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping process for orders within New Zealand.
Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are sent via courier from our Auckland HQ (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Rates
We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.

Rural Delivery: Rural addresses are identified by our couriers and may take longer to arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

We will lodge a query with the courier on your behalf. Please note that replacements or refunds can only be issued once the courier has completed their investigation.
