At The Designer Archive, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items purchased, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:
